Tori is a vice president in FTP’s insights and analytics practice. Drawing on a decade of experience in opinion research, government, and public affairs, she is a data-driven strategist who helps clients navigate complex policy, reputation, and business challenges.
Combining quantitative and qualitative research, media analysis, and audience intelligence, Tori uncovers the stories behind the data and translates those insights into effective communications and advocacy strategies. Her work frequently focuses on healthcare and technology issues. She helps clients identify emerging trends, shape narratives, engage key audiences, and make informed decisions in rapidly evolving environments.
Prior to joining FTP, Tori worked at Public Opinion Strategies, where she supported political campaigns, ballot initiatives, and public affairs clients. She began her career on Capitol Hill, and her experience in both research and government gives her a strong understanding of the intersection of public opinion, policy, and advocacy.
A native of Alexandria, Virginia, Tori lives on Capitol Hill with her husband, Nate. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants and cheering on the Buckeyes. Tori is currently pursuing her M.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Natalie is a senior director in the public affairs practice where she helps clients build and execute integrated public affairs strategies that connect policy, communications, and advocacy. Her work spans campaign management, audience strategy, coalition management, stakeholder coordination, and event planning, with a focus on helping clients reach policymakers and influential Beltway audiences through coordinated, high-impact programs.
At FTP, Natalie works across teams to design and manage initiatives that pair an audience-first strategy with advocacy efforts. She supports clients through every stage of a campaign, from campaign strategy and audience creation to coalition engagement, event execution, and ongoing communications efforts. Her approach is grounded in collaboration, strong project management, and a clear understanding of how earned, organic, paid, and in-person activations reinforce one another when creating an impactful, surround-sound campaign.
Prior to joining FTP, Natalie served as a senior client strategist at Engage, where she advised clients on digital advocacy and issue-based campaigns. She also worked as an account manager for a fundraising firm serving nonprofits, political candidates, and PACs, and earlier in her career worked at the Republican National Committee, where she developed a strong foundation in data analytics, audience creation, and political campaign strategy. These experiences shaped her client-first approach to campaign management and her ability to translate big-picture goals into organized, actionable programs.
Natalie holds an M.S. in Applied Economics (STEM) from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration, with a double major in Economics and Political Science, from the University of Alabama.
