He currently leads comprehensive FP&A responsibilities—from annual budgeting and revenue forecasting to ongoing profitability analysis across a mixed portfolio of project-based and retainer work—and partners closely with senior leadership to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, resource allocation, and growth planning for the firm.
Before joining FTP, Louis contributed to high-impact finance teams at leading organizations including Boston Consulting Group, Brookfield Properties, and ProShares, where he played key roles in optimizing financial operations, enhancing reporting frameworks, and supporting strategic growth initiatives through robust modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
